OUR STORY
DBQ Barbecue & Catering was opened in December 2012 by two childhood friends who shared a love of Texas barbecue and serving their community. Since then, DBQ has strived to serve the highest quality barbecue to, and be good stewards of, the Brazos Valley community.
All of our meats are slow-smoked right on board our food trailer with aged post oak for optimum flavor and juiciness. We believe the flavor of our barbecue stands alone without sauce and ask that our customers please savor their meat without the distraction of sauce.
Our food trailer is parked inside Wayside Food Park in the Northgate District of College Station. Regular service hours for the trailer are 11am-2pm and 6pm-8pm Monday through Friday. We also open on the occasional Saturday and Sunday, as well as throughout the afternoon during the week, but the best chance to catch us is during our regular hours.
